  When I visited the store, I had an excellent customer experience from beginning to end. As soon as I walked in, an employee greeted me warmly and asked if I needed any assistance. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find what I was looking for. The employee took the time to answer my questions, explained the different options clearly, and helped me choose the product that best fit my needs without making me feel pressured to buy anything. The checkout process was quick and smooth, and the cashier thanked me for shopping with them. What stood out most was the employee's positive attitude and attention to detail. I felt valued as a customer rather than just another person making a purchase. The experience was welcoming, efficient, and professional, and it would definitely make me want to return to the store and recommend it to others. Thank you Natalyia

  Came here for Biometrics and the person at counter, Natalya, was very polite and welcome me in. She made the process super easy, and I was done in no time. I would surely come back here.

  Come here for my live scan fingerprint that is due for my new employer to complete my background check. I made an appointment a couple of days ago so I can come in at 6 pm. However , when I showed up to ups the employee that was working informed me that their life scan person who works at this store typically leaves early and today left at four p m. What is a point of scheduling an appointment when employees are able to choose their own schedule. Waste of time and also now im unable to start at my new job the set date. Very disappointing.
