  Very rude front desk Indian/Arabic male staff, I have never seen anyone this rude at UPS before. Very rude, no basic curtesy. the Indian/ Arabic male who was wearing a traditional head scarf wrapped on his head, he’s very rude. There were 2 staff each serving one line, the other line is already occupied by customer but his line was empty, so I went to his line. I was standing right in front of him, I said with a smile:”hello, I’m dropping this off. “ He’s very rude, no greeting, no nothing,he didn’t say a single word to me, he literally just stared at me with a black face. Then after a short while, after the female staff finished with her customer, the female staff besides him served me. This kind of rude people shouldn’t be working at UPS. He is so rude and lazy. When his coworker is already occupied with other customers, he doesn’t even want to serve customers who is standing right in front of him, he should be fired. Very rude, no basic curtesy.

  I gave this rating because as soon as I walked in I was greeted and was met with a friendly associate by the name of Brian who was very friendly and helpful and he displayed great customer service skills thank you Brian for helping me with all my questions and for providing great service. 👍🙂

  The employees are unhelpful and actively rude. Don't come here unless you're doing the self-service Amazon return. Even then, just go to Save Mart next door for a better experience.
