  I would recommend them to go there for shipping or like if they have a return if it was office needs, I would not use them. Has nothing to do with customer service because I love this location customer service. Everyone is always nice. I have been to UPS store not this location and it always takes forever for something to be able to receive to be printed and I don’t like that. I like things to be able to be done quickly. The person who helped me today was Kris and he was quick and efficient

  After visiting a different UPS location and another mail center, I came to this location for better customer service and I was met with OUTSTANDING customer service instead. Devin was extremely patient, as I have to admit, I came in with a pretty spicy attitude. I was frustrated with the misinformation I was given at the other two places I had been prior to coming to this location. Devin, not only was still willing to help me as frustrated as I was but he was compassionate and empathetic. Devin put a little bit of my faith back into customer service today and I want to say THANK YOU AGAIN, DEVIN for being human, allowing me to be one as well but still being nice. I also want to apologize again for my challenging attitude. Keep being the friendly guy you are. As us, in the Black community say, you attract more bees with honey than vinegar. Thank you so much for the grace you extended me today.
