  Even though Amazon pays for your shipping be aware that if you pack in your own box they will upsell you for packing and a box. I had a box with no labels and was told they couldn't us it because there were some up arrows (meaning up is where the top is) and that meant there was hazardous materials in the box and they had to charge for a box, packing and packing materials. And the product was already in a box inside. When I returned to ask who told them they needed to rebox they said it was USP but they couldn't show me that in writing.

  Excellent customer service, a store that has everything in its place, and great services and prices! Santiago and Makai are amazing young men! They are employees but work the store as if they own it! If you need a UPS store and you’re in Sacramento, this is the one you want to visit and do your business!

  The best UPS I have ever been to. Me and my wife go year a couple times a month and we drive past two other stores just to use this one. Been coming here for 5 years. Thank you for being great.
