  The staff were pleasant to me. Only thing is the store has bad service inside and no WiFi. If you need to print something there you need to go outside to get service. Also don’t go when the school lets out across the street, crazy traffic.

  You can always get in and out quickly from UPS. They have a great staff and they know that you're in a hurry.

  I have had multiple unpleasant experiences with the same employee at this UPS location. She is consistently rude, unapproachable, and seems unwilling to help customers. Even her demeanor and facial expressions make you feel uncomfortable approaching her for assistance. Most recently, I went in to return an Amazon package. Amazon specifically provided me with a QR code and stated that no box or packaging was needed. The employee insisted that I needed a box. I even contacted Amazon while I was there, and Amazon confirmed that I did not need to provide a box and that the QR code was provided specifically for the return process. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience. After reading the other reviews, I noticed that many customers have made similar complaints about this employee’s attitude and customer service. It is frustrating to see so many people reporting the same issue and yet apparently nothing seems to change. I dread going to this location because of the way customers are treated. Customer service should be respectful, helpful, and welcoming. I hope management takes these repeated complaints seriously and addresses the issue.
