  Sorry Julian, (owner of Super taco) ive been supporting your restaurant growth since you started at mack rd back in the day. As you have backed off I feel like your staff didnt understand the mission you started, customer service and food quality. Waited 60 min for a party of 4. Took 60 min to get one torta, burrito, shrimp cocktail and chicken nuggets.. the simplest things to make. Hopefully you get a chance to revisit this location to reiterate your vision.

  I'm a regular customer, but my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing. The food quality has significantly dropped, I'm not sure if you changed cooks recently, but the food during my last visit was not the best. On top of that, the younger cook with red hair in the back had a terrible attitude and was cussing the entire time I was waiting for my food | think she assumed I didn't understand her. She needs to focus on her performance rather than talking like that. I receive much better service and food at your Mack and Laguna locations, and I hope this location can get back to that standard.

  Food to expensive I buy some nachos not flavour I think I pay a lot for some nachos and one soda !!!!🤔

  I walk in. They make eye contact with me but dont say anything. There is no line and a few tables with people eating. It isnt busy. But i continue waiting for my order to be taken after being walk passed and looked at multiple times.... I feel like a wall flower at this point. Few more minutes go by of me standing there so I ended up placing a mobile order while at the register. I went outside to wait and sat at one of their tables... then the first guy who ignored me comes out and asks if were (my friends and I) going to order food or something..LOL, maybe if you actually did your job and acknowledged your customers you'd of known i placed an order and was waiting but you werent doing very good at your job soo.. ;).. I also asked for limes and salsa verde, got home, had 0 limes and salsa... which at every other super taco location they always give me plenty every time. I defintely dont reccomend this super taco location.
