    Unflattering experience. The lady had an expression like she didn't want to be there. If she has been working there short time, she probably needs to be retrained. Did a pickup order via the app. She made me sign for the transaction at the location. Unheard of procedure. The sandwich was mushed in and the requested ingredients were missing amidst the lettuce pile. There was a sense of least care in the completion of the order. Ugh
