  The older lady working there was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She handled my order carelessly and didn’t even wrap my sandwich properly. By the time I walked out of the store, the sandwich had fallen apart and made a mess everywhere. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Staff should treat customers with respect and take pride in preparing orders correctly. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  First time i came here, the sandwich maker asked me to give him a tip- thats my decision, it was very rude and unprofessional to ask me directly. Today i tried visiting again, stood inline for 10 minutes and then 4 people walked in after me, the understaffed lady said i would have to put my order in the kiosk because she has too many order. So that put me behind everyone else that walked in after me. I absolutely hate this place and feel 100% discriminated against.
