For starters, the employees made the ordering process difficult, customer service was terrible, they were incredibly pushy and critical to me and others, though I would normally say subway is a great place to eat at this place was not the best, food as well like spinach was mixed with other condiments, they seemed to not care whatsoever.

Service at this Subway location was poor from the start. The employee preparing the sandwiches appeared disengaged, rude, and inattentive, resulting in multiple mistakes. When we politely asked for the order to be corrected, our request was ignored.
More concerning was the lack of basic hygiene. When we asked for a misplaced food item to be removed from the sandwich, the employee wiped her face while holding the produce. She then placed that same item back into the clean container used to store food for customers. Food that has been contaminated should never be returned to containers intended for customer use.
We also overheard the manager instructing the employee to clean and sanitize the area. The employee refused, stating she did not have enough time. There should always be time for food safety.
The manager did offer to remake the sandwich, but by that point we were concerned about cleanliness and potential cross contamination. We chose to leave without our food. Customers should not have to question hygiene standards when ordering a meal.
