  Wow,I went here to get a bmt sandwich,I told the girl that I wanted extra,olives,jalapenos,spinach,and wow I paid extra $2 for the extra veggies,andin got home,that sandwich had hardly anything on it,2 pcs of spinach,and 2-4 piece of lettuce and 3 tomatoes,4 pcs of onion,I was like I paid $14.78 for this,please check your sandwich before you leave there,or make sure they put everything on it before you pay!!!look at picture, hardly anything on it for the price!!!!!?

  Go in for lunch with my dad. The one elderly woman 'helping' me was clearly unaware of what they had on hand, the other younger worker gave a scoffing attitude w/ an eye roll like I should know that they were out of sourdough. So I order my sandwich, they asked if that was all but I told them whatever my dad wanted as well. They asked me like 3 or 4 times if it was just the 1 sandwich (that started getting annoying), I ordered a medium drink & the lady was like "small?"...no, medium so than she hands me 2 cups. I asked my dad if he wanted a drink, since he said yes I left that alone. I got 2 cookies, and she asking after each item if that was all. They said the 2 cookies were $2.59 but 6 would be cheaper at $4.95, but when I asked for anyone oatmeal raisins she tried to give me a white chocolate chip (and apparently it has nuts in it). After being told $5 for 6, I took 2 raspberries & 2 oatmeal raisins & 2 white chocolate chip...after asking if they were hard, no they're very soft...do they have nuts in them?, oh no they have no nuts. Just now ate one of the white chocolate chips and HAD TO SPIT OUT THE NUTS!!! Im not allergic, but I literally have NO teeth and so im very cautious about what I eat so I dont choke...im literally scared to ponder the idea of what would have actually happened was i to actually be allergic (people ask questions for a reason). Than not only were the 2 younger people standing in the doorway between the front counter and the back area conversing, but doing it sooo loudly that it made it virtually impossible to hear what my dad was saying. But wait it gets worse...just about everyone that came inside was given the 3rd degree, "are you wanting to order something?" or "are you here to order?". I guy came in just to throw a can away, I heard him say he didnt want to liter...and she told him to leave. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I can see why they have so many 1-star reviews, they have more than earned them...if I could do a negative star, it would be a -5 (which is ironic cuz even on their receipt it say to please leave a Google review & how they hope they're a five) 🤔🤨😒😐😖

  The new ownership.shows and its superb ! Sandwiches are 100% better then in the pastt. And the sweet young woman that worked tonight' mads one hell of a good sandwich and her cute smile made my night! Thanks girlie!.. ill be back for sure! Love always, Kim A new fan!!!
