I go to subway a lot. This one by far has the worst service. It’s mainly the wait, you’ll walk in and no one will be inside for at least 5-10min. If you ask for help they will yell at you saying “hold on” in a rude way like your the issue. Keep in mind most customers in the area only have a 30min lunch. 3x now I’ve left with 5 min left. I work around the corner so shouldn’t take 20min to take and make an order. Food is great though. Just be attentive to your customers and this place will be fine

Ordered their new protein wraps. The Hispanic lady working on our order refused to substitute the tomatoes for bell peppers. Stating that's how they sell and there is no substitution.
My coworker is allergic to tomatoes!! She was extremely rude and unprofessional, rolling her eyes and refusing to hear him out.
And their soda machine was down. Ughh waste of our lunch break.
