  The ladies working seemed to not be on the same page about rules to discounts and how to ring up the sandwiches. I had asked if I qualified for the free cookie and was told yes after I touched the cookie already the other worker had said there was they could do about it the purchase had already went through with a coupon. After spending $15 I was not able to qualify for the free cookie The cookie that is fairly cheap for them be giving out. Aside from this the tables and ground were dirty and there was no variety to the music playing.

  If you frequent Subways in various locations -you have probably experienced a few that aren't the greatest quality. This location was top notch! Wonderful customer service, attention to maintaining quality and freshness. No questionable veggies or meats. Definitely would actually go out of my way to eat at this location in the future. Glad I took the gamble today and chose this location over the one in Midtown Sac, which is closer to home.

  Stopped in tonight to get 3 subs .there was a young girl working she asked me what I wanted I tell her I wanted a foot long black forest ham on Italian herb she grabs white bread I tell her I want Italian herb and she snaps at me rudely asking me what kind of cheese I tell her I want american cheese .after that incident I felt disrespected by her rude behavior. Her customer service skills need to be worked on .Hopefully next time I come in she will have a better attitude.

  I give this location 5 stars, not because it sits on swanky land; I get my sandwich on here based on very nice staff and personal service.
