  I spent about $700 here on work attire and was initially very happy with my purchase. Unfortunately, I became quite sick shortly after and wasn’t able to leave the house for a few weeks. When I returned 32 days after purchase to return one item, I was told there were no exceptions to the 30-day policy. I understand that policies are in place, but I was disappointed that there was no flexibility given the circumstances—especially being only a couple of days outside the window and having purchased items at full price. What made the experience more frustrating was that I was told the item didn’t appear used, but that it “had an odor,” which felt like an unnecessary and uncomfortable comment, particularly since they also stated it wouldn’t affect the return decision due to the policy. The overall interaction felt more rigid than customer-focused. The experience left me feeling discouraged about shopping at Michael Kors again, which is unfortunate given how much I initially liked the items.

  I bought a MK bag for about 600$. Within 6 months Handles start coming apart and white threads was showing through Handles. So was cutting them off every week. It was so Annoying and CHEAP. So I went to Arden mall MK store showing them the Handles of the bag. I just asked them to repair it or do anything about it. They said they can't repair it or do anything about it. And then I found out that ALL BAGS IN US ARE MADE IN CHINA!!!!!! THAT'S WHY IT IT'S SO MUCH CHEATER FOR ALL BRANDS TO MAKE BAGS IN CHINA. BUT CHINA CAN'T MAKE AMAZING GREAT HANDLES!!!!!!! ONLY IN ITALY 🇮🇹, ONLY ITALIAN BAGS CAN MAKE GREAT BAG AND THE BEST HANDLES IN THE WORLD. SO FROM NOW ON I WILL BUY MY BAGS FROM ITALY ONLY. I DON'T WANT THIS CHEAP- EXPANSIVE CHINESE BAD CHEAP NO QUALITY BAGS AT ALL. SO DISSAPOINTED.....

  I will never buy another Michael Kors purse. I had my purse less than a year and the sealant came off the handles and around the top. They wanted $175 to repair that . Are you kidding me !!!!. I just don't believe he stands behind his product.
