Poor service.
I visited this FedEx Office location on the afternoon of June 21 to print some documents and photos. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing and not helpful. The process took longer than expected, and I did not receive the assistance I needed with my printing and photo order.
I really want to thank Rommel for his caring and kindness. I had to create a program for my mother-in-laws service and I was ready to snap. The service was the next day, I'm the least creative person, and didn't know how to get the program printed. I waited in line not sure if Fed Ex could even help me. I explained that I had the program on my laptop and Rommel took it from there. Helped me send the file to Fed Ex, printed a sample for approval and then printed all the copies that I needed for the service. At first said he could have the job done by the next day at noon but had it done in 15 minutes. Few words were exchanged because I was a wreck but at the end, he put his hand out. That is amazing customer service and a genuine person. I appreciate your help more than you know!

We ordered a bunch of large mounted posters for our wedding to be printed and the staff was super helpful and made sure everything looked perfect! Answered all our questions and called us when additional info was needed. Turnaround time was super fast as well.

First large print was great quality. They showed it to us and then put it in an envelope. However 4 of the prints were missing from the envelope when we opened it again at home. We had to go back to the location and have them printed again, but this time they were horribly pixilated (should not have happened for a 4 inch print if the 18x24 had no issues). No time to fix at the end of the day and we are just cutting our losses but I suggest printing at a different location if you don't you items lost or pixilated.
