  Worst customer service we’ve ever had at ANY location in all 50 States. Period. If you enjoy being a paid customer, and having employees talk to you condescendingly… like they are doing you a favor, instead of realizing they are in a customer service position… then this is definitely the place for you!

  My husband went into this Fed Ex with my son trying to make copies and needed assistance in the computer. It was some confusion with how to use the computers/printer but got help followed with attitude from the workers inside of this Fed Ex. Because he received attitude from her, went to the next coworker to ask for help and got attitude again. Customer service was horrible and saw people get help nicely and with no problem and he received the full opposite. We called the store right after to complain and got hung up on because they did not like the complaint. I don't know if Fed Ex trains their employees to be respectful and friendly with their customers but this was horrible and some of them don't even know how to use some services that Fed Ex provides. We've been living in the neighborhood for 5 years now and first time we encounter this.

  Poor service. I visited this FedEx Office location on the afternoon of June 21 to print some documents and photos. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing and not helpful. The process took longer than expected, and I did not receive the assistance I needed with my printing and photo order.

  I really want to thank Rommel for his caring and kindness. I had to create a program for my mother-in-laws service and I was ready to snap. The service was the next day, I'm the least creative person, and didn't know how to get the program printed. I waited in line not sure if Fed Ex could even help me. I explained that I had the program on my laptop and Rommel took it from there. Helped me send the file to Fed Ex, printed a sample for approval and then printed all the copies that I needed for the service. At first said he could have the job done by the next day at noon but had it done in 15 minutes. Few words were exchanged because I was a wreck but at the end, he put his hand out. That is amazing customer service and a genuine person. I appreciate your help more than you know!
