  These women went out of the way to find some "made up" reason TO NOT do their job. FedEx, please audit the competency of those you have representing you. They literally wasted 15 min of my time to come up with a reason they aren't allowed to ship a box in a FedEx bag. No dangerous or toxic anything, this is for work. Not even personal. Just a small box.

  Trying to get my law book printed out so im not screwing up my eyes by staring at a computer screen for 8+ hours a day. Both ladies that were there helped me tremendously by suggesting ways to get from my laptop to print as I was hit wall after wall after wall. Was able to walk out of there w/ not only both books, but a secondary syllabus, and less stressed out. Thank you Saturday workers!!! 😊

  Had a package since the August 28th, was expected today, provided a delivery exemption - after it was already out for delivery (no one went to the door - claimed unable to access) for an patio with no gate and no signature required package. Corporate/customer service stated they spoke with staff and “they said they were unaware of the package until now.” Total nonsense, I got three separate updates about delivery time, and then it was subsequently rescheduled. There were well aware and continuously changed the delivery window.

  I just want to start by saying I went into the FedEx Office feeling defeated and not sure how I was going to get through doing a funeral program for my Dad who passed away. Ally and Moe went above and beyond to help me with a positive attitude and patience for all my questions. I left there feeling accomplished and very grateful for their kindness during this difficult time. Great job ladies!!you both are awesome!!
