  The answering machine will hang up on if you press the wrong button or insist on speaking to a representative. Neither the retail location nor the customer service office control the operation of the packages. There's no urgency -- even with rush jobs -- to actually check the location and deliver the package. I fully lost my cool at them after calling 4 times and being hung up on 3 times, and transferred from the retail location to customer service and back 2 more times. Further, their representative interrupted me to attempt to explain the script I had already attempted to explain earlier. I would call it a one off. The other 1 stars on this location disagree. Save the US Postal Service. Don't subject us to this garbage.

  They delayed my package from being delivered twice, the first time the driver James didn't even make an attempt to deliver it and pushed it to the next day then that following day another lazy FEDEX delivery driver named Derek didn't what to left 109lbs either. The front desk employee told me that Derek came in the store checked there shelves and left at 12 noon, not only that the front that's employee said Derek is sloppy and probably didn't want to lift the package which I figured. Stop hiring lazy people.

  I walked here 1-2 blocks from the convention center with pelican case and box in tow and the staff member was super helpful. I got my stuff shipped out easily and didn’t need to drive to some other place in town.

  The two dudes that work here between 3:30-5pm on Wednesdays were immature and unkind. They only helped me the bare minimum and laughed and made fun of customers after they left. It was very unprofessional and I was uncomfortable the whole time I was there, afraid to ask them for help and wondering what they’d say about me after I left. I never want to go to this location again.
