  Went to drop off two large packages for returns. Very accommodating when asked if we could get help printing out the shipping labels. They helped us thought the whole transaction and were friendly. Pleasantly surprised. I didn't get their names, but it was a woman and a man who helped. Good customer service!

  Kathy is GOAT. I appreciate the extra mile she went. I visited 4 locations and got turned away but she took ownership and knocked it out. Thank you soo much!

  Very confused, since when is Fedex not sending packages to Mexico, I was told by an employee that I have to go to the mexican consulate. I just wanted to get a quote. I ended up going to UPS and they were able to provide me with information I needed.

  I love this place everyone working there is knowledgeable friendly and kind. Although it's smaller than it's sister locations, I think they are faster and more personable. This makes completing my errands much more enjoyable.
