Every time I shipped my packages, the process was smooth, fast, and accurate from start to finish. Their customer service is outstanding — friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled perfectly.   Wow this Mather DHL location. Has SUPER STARS working for them. I needed to pickup my urgent parcel that was urgently needed by my client after several automated calls and days of delay. I received a call back from local DHL. ASHNA was so helpful and nice. She understood my frustration and promised me she would let RICARDO the morning supervisor call me the following morning so I can pick up my package as early as possible. Needless to say she followed up as she said she would. Called me early in the morning had her delivery supervisor PATRICK located the shipment so that I can pick it up before they were even open. Service like this is rare Ashna, Ricardo, and Patrick went above and beyond in assisting me getting my shipment. I am so grateful for them for helping me get my clients parcel to them before they left the states. I know I will let my clients know to utilize Mather DHL for any of their international shipping. Beyond 5 STARS for this team. See you guys soon.

  As a business we rely on dependable ontime service. Our Driver Jimmy knows who we are and our needs. Without a doubt he is one of the best drivers we have ever had.   I had delivery from Asia. Should be delivered. 5/12 because was on hold in Norfolk station and after one week still on hold there. I called 80 time I spoke with agent supervisor they keep lying to me. They lost or stole my package if you want your package to be delivered in time. Just give it to ups ont dhl
