  My one star is more for the mobile hotspot device that I bought from them almost a year ago. I tried leaving a comment with the company on their product but that went nowhere. They just kept sending me in circles so I'll leave the comment here. If you're looking for a mobile hotspot device, don't get theirs cuz it does not work. I am not a heavy data user. I only use it to answer my emails when I'm away from the office on my computer. Go somewhere else. Save your money

  I had a great experience Héctor offered me a new line witha a Free phone while i was paying My bill and it's only $5 more a month and Luis was extremely helpful i highly recomend this location
