  The girl at the counter with red hair has no good customer service skills. I went in just to pay a bill and she kept wanting to get a pin outta me to get into my account. No sure y that is just for a bill pay and then she ended up changing it anyways. She said I have a new pin now but nvr rold me what it was. And then told me she couldn't help me cause she don't have a pin and can't get into my account but yet said I have a new pin . It was so annoying and she did this all with attitude like all I wanted was to pay a bill with no problems but I guess I couldn't get help. When I went to the next store. They helped me just fine they company who owns it is called tks but u never know when they'll change the name again
