I waited almost an hour, before I finally left to another location. They had one lady working and taking a very very long time with that customer. It doesn't take over an hour to set someone up with new phone. Do better!

Go else avoid this place. FRAUDS!!! (avoid their second location on fulton/ arden way.) Refusing to refund purchase on device. I'm eligible to return my phone since it was before the 7 day period. Owner / manager is refusing, giving me the runaround excuses. Got on the phone with their cooperate customer service. Their very own agent escalated this issue to the regional manager due to dealer not following their terms and agreements. I hope they learned their lesson over a $140 dispute.
