  I visited the Cricket store at walegra rd and Hillsdale Blvd to change my wireless plan. I had previously added additional lines to my account and later removed them. I wanted to switch my account back to a single-line plan that should cost about $35 per month. The employee who assisted me, a woman wearing a hijab, was not helpful and seemed unwilling to assist. She told me she could not change the plan and did not provide a clear explanation or offer any alternatives. When I asked for help understanding my options, she was dismissive and rude. I came to the store expecting customer service and assistance, but instead left frustrated without a solution. I hope management provides better training and customer support in the future.

  I bought a phone from this store, the lady I think her name is Andrea she charged extra 40$ for something I didn't get ,when I asked her she is telling that is for helping me activate the phone.People should be aware of this.People please check your receipt when you buy the phone
