I came to add a líne and the girl at the front desk, had a bad attutude basically we didnt add it, very negative, I ask questions on the phone I was interested and she was answering in a very rude way, not coming back again, I drove 15 min just for this, wasted my time
I just came to pay my phone bill and the person helping me didn't charge me the correct amount; they overcharged me by $20. I'm posting this so you'll be careful when coming to this establishment.

I was so disappointed today by the customer service in the store. The reason I even gave 3 stars is because of the great customer service I received over the phone speaking with the manager several weeks prior to my visit to the store today. The manager over the phone was very helpful with answering all of my questions. He, also, gave me some great tips. He spoke with me over 30 minutes.
I arrived today (Saturday) at 10 am when the store opened to buy an upgraded phone. The person that opened the store was running late. At 10:05 am he opened the door to let me in. I stated I was looking to upgrade my phone and asked me what phone I was looking to buy. I told him and then he said to have a seat because he had to still get ready to open the store. It was almost 10:20 am and he was still getting ready. I told him I was going to get a cup of coffee and come back. After thinking about it again while getting coffee, I decided to go home.
My problem was not that he was running late or that I had to wait. My problem as a customer was that there was no acknowledgement. There has to be some kind of an apology for running late. I felt he was annoyed I was there.
Now, I have to decide if I stay with Cricket or look for another carrier.
