  The food standard is wingstop but the service is very bad. While waiting in line the older guy in front of me did not have a chip card so he needed to swipe it. All three people working including the lady in charge all stepped up to say they don't have a machine that can read a mag strip. The card reader clearly does and I had to step in to show the old guy where to swipe his card. As he was trying to swipe it he was doing it wrong and the kid behind the register just kept saying it doesn't work so I had to step in again and show him how to swipe his card from the side and to do it fast. Then the reader is asking credit or debit and the guy doesn't understand so the kid behind the register says it didn't work again and I had to step up and point out to the old guy he has to choose credit or debit. After all of that I step up and place my order only to be told that a 6 piece combo only comes with 5 pieces if you get bone-in, that does not sound right to me. Even after all of that when I go to pay the reader is still asking for a signature from the old guy before me. I showed the kid behind the counter and he voided that transaction and tried to hand me a receipt. I had to point out to him that I had not paid yet. This is exceptionally poor service.

  Chicken was covered in feathers , then on top of that I ordered garlic Parmesan and they gave me lemon pepper with little to no seasoning. This has been the worse wing stop I ever been to . I will never come back here

  I've ordered here a couple of times and it tends to take a longer time than what the time frame says.. I've had times where I point to where my bag of food is with my name written on it and they ignore me. The food is inconsistent. I've ordered delivery and twice they have dropped it off at a different house. Once I didn't even receive the food. I like wingstop and I always give many chances..and I'm officially over it. Never getting food from here anymore. I'm done. Buffalo Wild Wings is better anyway.

  I want to give a shout out to Michael you are the best you handle that Wingstop like a champ even most of the time when you're by yourself and thank you for all the doordashers that you be looking out for not a lot of places let us use the restrooms facilities thank you thank you thank you and I do be ordering my wings from here too they get it right every time
