  You walk into this place and already feel the bad energy. Maria I guess is the manager and she is rude. I will not come back to this location

  For the third time now, my son bumped into a rude clerk while attempting to return some items to Amazon. He had two items, both of which were clothing, in clear plastic bags exactly as they were shipped. She agreed to take one, but not the other. "We don't do those anymore!" When my son asked why, she replied, "Are you having trouble understanding me?" Why take one item and not the other? Why get belligerent with a customer when they ask? My son has Aspergers, so he is very non-confrontational. I, on the other hand, would have blown a gasket. So, to the angry and impatient clerk, be thankful you didn't meet me today. This review puts you and your employer on notice. We are finished with this location.

  Every time I go in there the females are extremely rude they don't want to help you with Amazon returns or much else for that matter they barely look at you the only one that's decent in there is the guy when I go in he's nice and friendly and helpful and polite but the females forget it

  Maria was simply outstanding in every way. We had documents that needed notarizing and she kindly, faithfully and professionally handled everything WHILE at the same time tending to a steady stream of customers. All were met and served in a friendly and welcoming manner, with no delays at all. Her ability to multitask was simply amazing! Her PR skills are A++

  I took a Home Depot return here. The worker helped me get the item in a condition to be shipped. The worker was very friendly and professional. This is a much better UPS store than the one on Blue Oaks Blvd. I will make this store my place to go to for shipping packages from now on.
