  Every employee here is very efficient and helpful. Very rarely do you see a huge line because the service here is the fastest. I always come here because I ship regularly for my small business and out of all the ups stores I’ve been to, this is the best one.

  I've given this UPS Store multiple chances because it's close to my house, but unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing. On more than one occasion, I noticed my shipping quote included services I never requested, such as additional insurance or expedited shipping. I only caught it because I reviewed the receipt and questioned the higher price. Each time, those charges were removed after I asked. Customers shouldn't have to double-check every transaction to make sure they're only paying for what they requested. My biggest frustration is that it feels like every little thing comes with another fee. If an Amazon return label needs to be printed, they charge around $3 for a single sheet of paper. If a box needs one small piece of tape, they want another $2. During my last visit, my package was already packed but needed to be sealed, and I was told I'd have to pay just for a piece of tape. I ended up leaving and doing it myself. I've used many other UPS Stores, as well as FedEx and Staples, and my experience has been completely different. Other locations have often sealed a package as a courtesy or charged much more reasonably. This location seems focused on charging for every possible add-on instead of providing good customer service. I won't be returning to this location, and I'll be reaching out to the owner to share my concerns. If you use this store, I recommend reviewing your receipt carefully and asking questions before paying. There are much better UPS locations nearby that value long-term customer relationships.

  Dropping off eBay sales and Amazon returns here is super fast and hassle-free. The staff works quickly to clear long lines, just follow the instructions, pack your item if needed, and you’re in and out in no time!

  Honestly, the best UPS Store in the area! The staff was super friendly and efficient. They made my Amazon return quick and easy, and even though there was a long line, it moved really fast. Great customer service—I definitely recommend this location!

  Terrible customer service! All that was required was the Amazon item be boxed. I carried it in the brown bag that it came in and was scolded for not taping the bag shut. Next time I will not bring the torn bag. I have only visited this store about 4 times and the past 3 times have been negative experiences that I did something wrong or I didn’t do something I should have done. Last time I come here. Terrible experience. Jeez. Can’t you find anything positive to say?
