    Purchased shipping and printed label myself at home. Showed up the same day - scanned the package in and dropped it off no problem.

    I used to go to the UPS store on Foothills. The customer service here at the Blue Oaks location is far superior to that found at the Foothills store.

    Quick in and out for an Ebay Dodge radiator return. Make sure your return box is sturdy and properly secured with your packing tape. The return vendor offered up the opportunity to print the return label online. Be sure to remove the original shipping labels and/or cover or blackout any remaining part. Then you can tape your new shipping label, drop off the box, in this case. They will then print a receipt with a new tracking number and you are good to go! I went in on a Saturday and must have timed it just right. I was in and out in much less than 5 minutes.

    This place hires kids that scam you for a dollar for tapping a package for Amazon returns. Why don’t you just add a tip jar instead or put a sign from management saying unsealed packages need to be fully sealed and there is a $1 charge. Keep in mind I had taped the box down. The kid wanted to charge me $2 for tape!! I said Amazon said to drop off at ups store as is. He then said look at the fine print on drop off. The flaps aren’t flapping I taped it 3 times. How is that not enough? He was even lucky I had a dollar also he didn’t even enter in the system so tha confirm they are taking off the top! They didn’t offer me a receipt too. Management please check your staff! The customer service is horrible! If you don’t like your job do something else!
