I just received some of the worst service I have ever received at a business at this Subway location.
The woman making our sandwiches didn’t greet us, was slamming down the sauces as she was making the sandwiches and overall, in a horrible mood and made it very clear. Just based on her attitude alone, I would probably never return to this location.
Just because you’re having a bad day or don’t like your job, there’s absolutely no reason to be so rude to your customers. She didn’t even say thank you as we were paying or leaving.

Sandwich was soggy. Paid for my sandwich at 8:35pm. Hours said open til 9pm. I was expecting to be able to eat my sandwich there. She said “I close my doors in 10 minutes.” I said “Oh, so I can’t eat my sandwich here?” She said “No.”
Poor customer service. You should be open when you advertise you’re open. Had to eat my sandwich in my car in the dark.

I ordered a subway sandwich on the app, showed my receipt and pickup time . When I got there , they said they didn’t get my order and couldn’t serve me. I told them the money left my acct and this was the receipt. They told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with the manager. Finally the manager agreed to let them make it for me after 40 minutes. They asked if I get a refund that I would return the money to them. I agreed. They called me today and asked for the money, to which I paid. Unfortunately, It was very unprofessional, I am shocked ti experience this at an establishment.
I have been here several times. I almost do not expect a good service from this store.
