  I went here yesterday with my husband and son to buy a wristlet. The SA Scarlett was so nice and helpful. She put out several bags in different colors to try on and see. I don't feel pressured to buy right away. I will definitely buy from her again. From guard and all staff members were super nice too. 2hr drive was worth it.

  Really weird return policy - they do not do returns. I don't like the idea of spending $$ on a bag and don't even have an option to change my mind within 30 days. Also , the shopping assistant told me the return policy is the same everything (including online ). I googled it in front of her and proved her wrong, I ended up buying it online instead.
