Josè and Esmeralda and Jake had Good Customer Service I came in I wanted a New Phone it did take Some Time as it does usually when Buying a New Phone but they answered all my Questions and I was walking out with a Brand New Phone which is exactly what I asked for Thank You Cricket Wireless Keep Doing Great Business This Cell Phone Brand Will Go Places .

Long time customer at Cricket. Came to this location 2 days ago to get a new phone. It's the first time I've ever left a Cricket store unhappy. Elijah, who proudly announced himself as the manager, was terrible to deal with. He refused to disclose prices of items I needed even after multiple requests, stating only "It'll be in the bundle". He applied my screen protector crooked after I specifically asked him not to put it on; that I would do it myself. He sold me an SD card that doesn't even fit the phone I bought so I had to return it. Didn't know until I went back to make that return that I was charged $65 for it, and $60 each for the screen protector and case (the simplest piece of plastic you can imagine). He didn't provide a receipt either, stating I'd get an email with it later. In retrospect, that's clearly why he wouldn't tell me the prices when I asked because I wouldn't have agreed to buy them there. Do NOT buy accessories here. I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future. They're swindlers. Elijah is shady and doesn't know much about the products he's selling.
What a terrible experience.
The owner does not care about spreading COVID around the community. He was a rude, combative, and aggressive anti-masker.
We met my 80 year old mother at this location so my husband could help her purchase a new phone and set up a plan. We were also planning to set up 2 other plans for our kids.
The owner was not wearing a mask and would not put one on when my mother requested he do so. When my husband arrived and made the same request, the owner again refused. My husband said they would not spend their money there if he didn't wear a mask. He refused. As they were leaving, the owner mocked them for "living in fear." My husband said something back and then he and my mother left the store.
Then, the owner followed them out of the store to continue to mock and yell at my husband as they were getting in our vehicle to go to another store.
I cannot imagine owning a business during a pandemic and being this combative about people trying to protect themselves while spending money in your establishment.
Do not recommend. This guy is a total jerk. Go to the El Camino location. We had a great experience there.
