  Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and the bed was a bit firm but soft enough for a restful sleep. Also had a fantastic breakfast with more options than I expected, and all of them delicious! Would recommend!

  Located in a shopping center in Roseville. Its quite a large Best Western with a pool and other amenities. Decently priced even for the high summer travel season. The room felt a little cramped and we had to get creative with our suitcases. Because of space constraints, things were in odd areas like the coffee maker on the restroom sink vanity. But that was literally the only place for it. The drawers in the cabinet under the TV couldn't keep themselves closed and sagged open...which isn't an issue unless you're walking by the bed to get to said restroom in the dark. Ow. We had one major issue after we checked in and got to our room. The water spigot for the shower/tub combo was stripped and just spinned, not allowing for water temp adjustments...and it was also nearly impossible to even turn on. One of us went down to the lobby and the lady there was on top of it and called maintenance. This one guy beat my partner back to the room and had a quick look to see what the issue was. This was past 8PM too! He had to go grab parts, etc but once back with the correct parts fixed the issue in less than 10 mins. We REALLY appreciated how quickly the problem was addressed. We had some really bad stays in other hotels during this roadtrip where there was not a maintenance person around to fix problems or a front desk person who cared. This place was refreshing. One of the elevators broke down the morning we were leaving but thankfully the other was still working, so we wheeled our luggage rack to the next wing and went downstairs that way. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and food was kept at the perfect temperature. Even with the problems we experienced, if we're in need of a hotel in Roseville again, we would definitely consider staying here.

  Fantastic budget hotel! Clean and spacious rooms and extremely affordable too! Really can't complain

  Awful. Locked out of our room all night without our clothes or other possessions. Night attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. Gave us a different room but made no attempt to seek help to get into our room with my mother's medication. Then my mother sliced her hand open trying to unlock the door. This hotel has NO first aid supplies at all. My mother was bleeding all over the place. This hotel should have employees have a way of accessing rooms 24hours. This man should also be fired for guest negligence.

  Awful, this is more an extend-a-stay motel than any type of business hotel. There are no amenities, keys that stop working daily, and rooms that are not cleaned. I would not recommend for business travel.
