  The wings were okay — nothing terrible, nothing special. But what made me not want to come back is the trash situation. The trash cans are outside, so after eating inside, I had to carry my whole tray of trash out the front door just to throw it away. That makes absolutely no sense for a restaurant with indoor seating. At least put one trash can inside for customers. The food was decent, but the setup is inconvenient enough that I’d rather go somewhere else next time.

  I could never eat at this Wingstop again. I’ve been to plenty of Wingstop locations, from Moreno Valley to Compton, and this has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First, the wings did not appear to be cooked properly. When I pulled the skin back, you could still see what looked like the feather follicles on the skin, similar to what you would see on raw chicken after the feathers are removed. The employees told me the chicken was cooked, but I showed them the chicken and explained that this is not what properly cooked chicken should look like. Chicken should be thoroughly cooked—not dry on the outside while still appearing undercooked in other areas. Second, the sauces looked extremely watered down. Whether it was the barbecue sauce or the mango habanero, the sauce was barely coating or sticking to the wings. The wings did not look properly smothered in sauce at all. That was another major issue with the quality of the food. Between the condition of the chicken and the quality of the sauces, this was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I expect better when I’m paying for food, and this location seriously needs to improve its food preparation and quality control.

  WHY WOULD I ORDER WINSTOP AND HAVE DELIVERED TO ME OUTSIDE OF WINGSTOP Placed an order on the wingstop app 05/29/2026...I selected delivery, it asks you to input your address, did that, proceeded to order my food, checked out, did not change the address to the wing stop address (cause apparently Im going to order delivery and wait outside the wing stop location for my delivery)....I called the delivery company when I noticed the delivery address was wrong, and they told me to call the location, called the location over and over and over with rhe phone just ringing, (you can call that location at any time and no one will pick up the phone) then I get a picture of my order sitting outside the rosemead wingstop location I ordered from marked as delivered....I have called the location daily and still no answer, I have submitted written forms, I have called 3 times and waited for 48 to 72 hours for the store manager to contact me and I have not been contacted.....all three people I spoke with from customer service have said that it is a glitch ON the appp WHY WOULD I ORDER WINSTOP AND HAVE DELIVERED TO ME OUTSIDE OF WINGSTOP.. ..I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED 3 CONTACT FORMS....and still nothing...

  For $20, I got only seven small chicken nuggets and five mini corn cobs. When I got home and opened the box, I was absolutely stunned.
