  David from UPS was incredibly helpful and patient with me. I was struggling to use my phone and couldn’t even get the app open, but he took the time to help me sign my contracts without making me feel rushed or frustrated. He went above and beyond with his customer service and made the whole process so much easier. Thank you, David, for your kindness and patience!

  WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE I'm calling and have called 4 times now and the phone gets picked up and put down. (Hanged up on). How do they expect to get new customers if they choose not to even answer the phone to answer questions. Wow. I'm so glad I'm not a local because this is ridiculous from an employee at a franchise.

  I’ve never been to a UPS store, until now, where two employees standing around joking with another customer, told me to package my own Amazon return. They apparently have a side kiosk where you can scan your Amazon code and put your return into a bag, then into their collection bin. While that could be convenient if the store was actually busy, both readily available employees were chit chatting and elected not to help me.

  called for help and a question about tracking issues with my package (as a reciever), guy on the phone was rude and has zero customer service skills

  The staff is very kind and friendly. They helped me out to return and item.
