  The team at this UPS Store is genuinely the best. Shoutout to Adria, Chad, Erik, Art, Rio, and Adrian!! Every single one of them is friendly, efficient, and actually makes you feel taken care of. It’s rare to walk into a shipping store and consistently have a great experience no matter who’s helping you, but that’s exactly what this location delivers. These guys are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

  The staff was really helpful. I had multiple pairs of shoes to return to Amazon and Zappos and was confused about shipping labels for different portions of the returns. The staff helped me sort it out, printed the label for me even though I was supposed to have it already printed, and taped up the boxes I brought. Very helpful service!

  Jacky’s review of UPS store 5534: If I could give this place a million stars, I would because five stars isn’t enough. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and have my PO Box here and having a mail box mailing address is so convenient and also gives customers an advantage of 15% off their other services. I frequently utilize their printing and mailing and shipping services and sometimes notarize and even shredding. This gem of a place is literally my home office and I live inside my little mailbox PO Box as my official permanent address. I always look forward to coming here, and because I frequently come here everyday, the staff has become my best friends, and they always make my day better after being there. My favorite thing about this place is how they know all their customers by name and greet everyone coming in by name. The manager Art, and the amazing staff Chad, Adria, and Eric are some of the kindest and most professional people I’ve ever met. The Associates are always friendly and respectful , knowledgeable and well-trained, and always adequately staffed. The pricing and product options are always clearly explained and the storefront is always clean and organized. I recommend this place highly because it’s the best value for the money and the prices charged always meet my expectations. The wait time in line is always acceptable , and sometimes if the line is long that’s how you know this place is so good because everyone wants to come here for their mailing needs. I’ve tried going to USPS before and it’s nowhere near the quality and care of this UPS store , for example last time I waited in USPS line for a full 30 minutes. You don’t have to go anywhere else to know how good you have it at This UPS store. They have consistently established a level of quality service and trustworthy delivery that I am so grateful for the team and coming here is my favorite part of my day. Overall my life has significantly improved thanks to the UPS store #5534. They are the absolute best!

  I am not satisfied with this UPS store because I mailed a check register mail to my customer and it supposed to deliver in 2 days, for some reason it took about a month and I had to stop payment for my check and I lost my customer plus Artin the manager of the store told me he will return my postage and the fee for my stop payment check charge, he refused to pay back me anything and told me follow up with UPS , they never get back to me and I really very disappointed, I told all my friends and post what happened to me . I never use this service anymore.

  I go to ups store for time efficiency. It’s supposed to be faster than the post office. I visited store 5534 to pay for taxes and return Amazon packages. The manager was training a store employee how to charge for metered mail with tracking. That’s okay. I understand new employees must be trained. In the meantime I was hoping to finish my Amazon returns with an employee next to the manager and new employee. I wanted to get in and out of the store as fast as possible. He just sat there on his phone. I asked if he could help me with my Amazon returns. He said I needed to wait for the 2 meter mail with tracking employee to finish. He was just standing there doing nothing and refused to help me. I will not visit this store even if it is closer to home because of the employees refusal to help me
