  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE — EVERY SINGLE TIME! I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about the employees at the Peninsula Center E, Rolling Hills Estates UPS location. In a time when truly exceptional customer service can sometimes feel hard to find, this team continues to prove that it absolutely still exists. Every single time I walk through the door, I am greeted by employees who are professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely eager to help. No matter how busy they are—or how complicated my shipping needs may be—I never feel rushed, dismissed, or like I am inconveniencing anyone. What impresses me most is their willingness to go above and beyond. They don’t simply do what is required of them; they look for ways to help. They answer questions, offer solutions, accommodate customers whenever possible, and somehow manage to make even the busiest days run with professionalism and a smile. As someone who ships frequently, I can tell you that this level of service makes an enormous difference. These employees have earned my trust because I know that when I walk in with packages in my hands, I am in capable hands. And I want to emphasize that this praise is not directed toward just one employee. It is the entire team. There is clearly a culture of customer service at this location, and whoever is responsible for assembling and leading this staff should be incredibly proud of them. These are the employees who represent a company at its very best—the people customers remember, appreciate, and return because of. UPS is extremely fortunate to have this team representing its name.
