  I do shipments for my company. I avoid this store like the plague because of the super rude lady that should not be in customer service. she gives such a bad experience I now try my best to ship fedex or drop my packages off in petaluma.

  There's a woman who works there by the name of Armin who is the most rudest person ever run across my life she must really hate her job or the customers I don't know what but I have never been so aggressively handled by UPS agent in my life!

  The know what they are doing and friendly! They don't control pricing for services so don't get mad at them!

  I went here at about 4PM on a weekday and the middle aged woman at the counter did not acknowledge me waiting in line for a few minutes. When I politely asked her if I could drop a package off, she said yes she could help me and proceeded to be very abrupt and rude with me. It made me feel uncomfortable, and other people in line made eye contact with me acknowledging what was going on. I will not be going back here.
