  I went here at about 4PM on a weekday and the middle aged woman at the counter did not acknowledge me waiting in line for a few minutes. When I politely asked her if I could drop a package off, she said yes she could help me and proceeded to be very abrupt and rude with me. It made me feel uncomfortable, and other people in line made eye contact with me acknowledging what was going on. I will not be going back here.

  I had an uncomfortable experience at this location when attempting to ship a prepaid medical specimen kit with a pre-labeled UPS shipping label. When I presented the package, I informed the employee that it was a medical sample. Instead of proceeding, I was repeatedly asked to specify the exact type of sample and was told the package would not be accepted otherwise. This questioning continued in front of other customers in line, which created an unnecessary and embarrassing situation. My understanding is that for properly packaged, prepaid medical shipments, only general classification, non-hazardous medical specimen should be required. Not disclosure of specific personal medical details. This interaction felt unprofessional and indicates a lack of proper training in handling sensitive shipments. I hope management reviews this and provides clearer guidance to staff to prevent similar situations for others.

  Not surprised to see other negative reviews in regards to the “Asian lady” who is never in a positive mood or even seems to know what customer service is. Carmen as she said her name was always finds something wrong with my packages and never seems to be happy when I then try and fix whatever she has pointed out is incorrect with my package. I can put up with some rudeness as it seems she doesn’t like her job but today really upset me as she accused me of lying about how my package was delivered and wouldn’t even let me speak as she kept talking about how I wouldn’t get my Amazon refund since I had taped the box with blue tape. I’m glad there’s another UPS store in town as I am really feed up with her lack of customer services.
