  Julie was amazing! She helped my elderly neighbors get documents notarized. She was exceedingly patient and kind. It was so nice to come across someone who was willing to take extra time and effort to help us.

  I had a large, beloved, family fine china set to be wrapped and sent across the country. Julie was so incredibly helpful, informative, and thorough. All with the most delightful personality. I am crossing my fingers that it arrives in tact, but my experience with Julie was fantastic. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone here has been wonderful.

  I was at the store recently and was enamored with the fabulous care and patience that Sarah gave me while accommodating for my negligence of not preparing files properly to print. She helped format my documents and made copies in swift fashion without making me feel incompetent. I left the store jubilantly, knowing my most worrisome errand of the day was all squared away a lot simpler than I had thought it would. Thank you again Sarah and the location itself for making my life a little easier that day!!

  Don't trust their posted air cutoff time. This location lists 5:00 PM as the drop-off deadline for air shipments. I dropped off a 2nd Day Air package at 4:09 PM — the drop-off scan in UPS tracking confirms it. UPS didn't pick it up from this store until 4:42 PM the next day. That one-day delay pushed delivery past the weekend: it should have arrived Friday and arrived Monday instead. My customer missed their event, and my business took the blame. If your package is time-sensitive, don't rely on the 5 PM cutoff here — take it directly to a UPS Customer Center.

  had a great experience getting my documents notarized at UPS, thanks to Julie! She was nothing but helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. Her Sagittarius humor absolutely made my day, and it made my Virgo wife’s day too! 😂 She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and comfortable. Thank you so much, Julie, for all your help! Highly recommend her!!!
