  I had a very disappointing experience at the The UPS Store. I went in to ship two small packages—one under 1.5 lbs and the other under 4.5 lbs. One contained a couple of candles and baby outfits, and the other only had toddler clothing. What shocked me was that the price difference between the two shipments was only about 30 cents. I questioned this because it didn’t make sense, and instead of explaining options or trying to help me save money, the employee (who appeared to be the manager) simply charged me the full rate without offering any alternatives—like flat rate shipping or more affordable options. I ended up paying $60 to ship two very small packages, which feels excessive. What bothered me most wasn’t just the cost, but the lack of effort to provide good customer service. When a customer clearly expresses concern about pricing, the least you can do is explain options or try to help them find a better deal. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like a transaction than customer service. If you’re looking to spend more than necessary without any guidance, this might be the place for you—but I won’t be returning.

  This is my go-to place for Amazon returns but today my husband and I decided to ship two large boxes through them. The sales associate Shannon was patient and kind. The owner Bobbie offered to help us prepare one of the boxes for shipping and wrapped it for us as well. Quick, efficient service with a smile! I will continue to use their services.

  Had some boxes shipped here from Atlanta and Avi (I believe his name was) was so friendly and accommodating. He helped me put the boxes into my car and everything. Great location, thanks!
