    Absolute nightmare experience. They have my lost luggage from the airline and are refusing to return it to me! Paulina, Francine and Claudia are terrible people to deal with. Downright vile and disgusting people, they seemed to think it is funny. They have laughed and smirked at me. I have reported this as theft to the local police department, as they have my belongings and are refusing return them. I own these items not anyone else. It is my personal property that is being literally held hostage from me. Insane situation with absolutely disgusting people. Everyday my extremely expensive ski expedition gear, sleeping bag and tent get more mildew and mold. Absolutely terrible people. They even falsely accused me of swearing at them. I asked what word i said and they refused to tell me, because i didn’t actually swear. As they were upset about me calling the police. They were definitely trying to get under my skin and escalate the situation which just shows how bad their customer service is. Why smirk, laugh and try to make a problem worse? Update: its been almost an entire week. My luggage is still seized by this terrible place. It’s absolutely unreal. I am not sure if this experience could get any worse. Absolutely rotten people. The fedex customs center that i get dispatched to is in the Philippines. To discuss my customs clearance in the USA. This is absolutely insane. Update: Almost 2 weeks now my stuff has remained seized by customs due to Fedex customs. I don’t understand how this is even legal

    A bit out of the way, but that’s just the location. Service was incredibly fast, in and out in under a minute with no wait or issues. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Easily one of the quickest shipping experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be using this location again.

    Like the staff hate the fact they don't have an automatic door! Very hard to balance boxes or the cart through the small double door entrance. Good Luck wheelchair customers. I know it's on the landlord to change it. But I have have been going there for decades! Even Arden Way store has automatic door now for years.An Automatic door would earn you that 5th Star ⭐
