  I was picking up an order and it was 92 degrees outside. I was all sweating. So I asked if I could please have a cup of water. The girl by the counter asked the other person, probably a manager, and he said no, no reason given. I just think this is uncompassionate and miserable. I don't want to get anyone fired, but they need to train employees on basic courtesy.

  Food was delicious, fries were on point, Robert had great costumer service and made sure my Food was freshly made.
