I ordered a hospital bed mattress from Amazon that didn’t fit. The box it came in was trashed and I had no idea how I was going to send it back. I called our UPS store, Anthony asked me a few questions and told me to bring it in. What a life saver! This UPS store is fantastic and Anthony is my hero! THANK YOU!

I went to this store this morning and even though there were 4 people in front of me the line moved faced. I brought in my items that I needed put in a box so I could mail it to my daughter who is boot camp in San Diego with the Marines and Aidan was so very kind and very helpful. I will always go here to mail packages.

Aidan demonstrated excellent customer service skills and was knowledgeable & patient in helping me send out a package. I’ve also had other pleasant experiences with all of the other employees in this store as well.

Associate Aidan very efficient and processed request to mail package to San Jose quickly. I have never had an unpleasant experience with any associate at this particular store. Always greeted upon entering.
