I always get great service at this ups facility. Speedy helpful and polite
I've used this location before and have generally had positive experiences, which made today's interaction even more disappointing.
I came in to return an item after the manufacturer instructed me to ship it through UPS using their account. Before I could even pull up the return information on my phone, the associate immediately became dismissive and told me, "We don't do that. We aren't UPS." I tried explaining that I was simply following the manufacturer's instructions, but she repeated the same statement in a rude, impatient tone and showed no interest in understanding what I was trying to accomplish.
Since then, I have actually spoken directly with UPS, and they informed me that a UPS Store should be able to assist with this type of return. That makes the interaction even more frustrating because it wasn't just a matter of being unable to help—it felt like a matter of not wanting to help.
When I asked where an actual UPS hub was located, instead of offering any assistance, she told me to "Google it on your phone." At that point it was clear that customer service was not a priority.
I fully understand that not every employee has the answer to every question. What I don't understand is the complete lack of professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help. Customer service isn't just about providing a solution—it's about treating people with respect. A simple explanation, a little patience, or even pointing me in the right direction would have taken almost no effort.
This location is usually friendly and helpful, which is why this experience stood out so much. One rude employee can undo a lot of goodwill. If this associate represents the standard of customer service the store is aiming for, they have a much bigger problem than a shipping question.
Remy was incredibly helpful! I needed to make some Amazon returns, & one was a canopy that had to be packed back into its original box. Instead of charging me for boxes to compensate, because I need every penny as I'm going into surgery shortly & won't have an income, he helped me repack the whole canopy to fit its packaging & box, he was able to help as the store was empty at the time. He did more for me than any other has done. I cannot thank him enough. I even tried to tip him $5, it wasnt much but I was very thankful, he told me to save that with the rest of my money for my surgery. He was such a sweet soul!

The employees are friendly and I am able to accomplish several tasks in one convenient stop!
I made a mistake in my two returns to Amazon. I was so grateful and impressed for the help I received from two different people. I came home with such a smile on my face since it's so rare to have such help and caring from people. Thank you employees at the UPS store. :) I wish I would have gotten their names. They were both so delightful.
