- DAdaiana aceroSep 24, 20261.0The morning crew came across as very bossy and unwelcoming today. I didn’t hear a single “good morning” during our visit. My mom also noticed the tone and manner of the notary cashier. At one point, that notary cashier called out from across the room and told one of us to close the door. A gentleman and I were closest to the door he ended up closing it. It wasn’t necessarily the request itself, but the tone and manner in which it was communicated that felt rude and demanding. When my mom mentioned her concerns, the response became immediately defensive. She then asked the gentleman if he was offended by the way she spoke to him, and he said no. I was also standing close to the door, and if she had spoken to me that way, I would have been offended. Saying “please” or “thank you” doesn’t automatically make communication polite or respectful. Tone and delivery matter as well. Overall, the experience could have been much more welcoming and professional.

I had to ask her twice to see if she was joking or trying to make me feel stupid into buying an $18 box! Hope that box moved itself to the moving truck because that’s one expensive box O’girl..

- HJHardy josephsJun 24, 20251.0no one should go here for notary if its urgent or have a deadline, I made appointment to come to this place today by 2:30pm and i received a message that it was confirmed. I walked it there exactly 2:25pm. the dude that work there is sort of attending some people in making copies, when he gets to me was around 2:35pm then told me that the notary person is not available until Thursday. very poor customer service. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this place for notary service
