  I've used this store to take care of the needs that I have on returning items to Amazon or sending to family across the country and I got to say the people the women here are excellent people they're always nice and friendly which is the reason why I keep coming back here today I have a lot of pain happening in my left wrist as I just had surgery with it and the employee their Britney was so helpful she was very effective in meeting all of my needs I'm on my return I'm so grateful for her and to UPS for hiring such great people good job UPS

  The highest rating is due to Brittany! Since I've had my box with UPS Store, Brittany has always been there though a few employees have come and go. She will always assist you with a smile though at times things can get so hectic that people are even lined up outside. She is very deligent and takes her job seriously. She always has a VERY pleasant demeanor not just with customers but also when she's interrupted by other employees that are encountering problems with their tasks. And she is also a fast worker! Many times some employees go beyond their duties and represent the best of a company without receiving any recognition. I hope that is not the case with Brittany!   Brittany, the Manager and Tyresha a Team member are always very professional and pleasant while assisting me. It's also one of the reasons I like going to this location because of their positive demeanor and interactions with their customers who feel valued during their business transactions! This location provides a variety of services and products; and has become my "One-stop shopping for parcel and supply needs.
