I’m honestly not someone who usually eats fast food. I typically avoid it and only ended up at this Subway because my friends insisted on stopping here. I also have a number of dietary restrictions, which normally makes ordering at places like this a bit stressful.
However, Leslie, Mira, and Isaac completely changed that experience for me. They were incredibly patient while I explained my restrictions and asked a lot of questions about ingredients and preparation. At no point did they seem rushed or annoyed, which I really appreciated. Instead, they took the time to make sure everything in my order was exactly right and safe for me to eat.
Their professionalism and kindness honestly stood out. Because of the way Leslie, Mira, and Isaac handled the situation, what I expected to be an uncomfortable stop turned into a really positive experience. They made me feel respected as a customer and went above and beyond to accommodate me.
I still may not be a typical fast-food customer, but thanks to Leslie, Mira, and Isaac, this is one place I would actually come back to. Their service made all the difference.
