  The lady short hair and has an attitude, she did not honor my points and or my $6.99 sandwiche Wich I had one on my app. Just plain rude and poorly customer service

  Always have issues with this location. Place an order for pickup and was charged for it, but they did not receive it. They proceeded to tell me they don't have an order so I have to place it again. They did not care that I had been charged, they had a very much "not our problem" vibe. Order would not go through again on the website, kept giving an error, so I couldn't even place my order again (and I was using reward points and a coupon hence not ordering at the counter). They did not offer any help or solution, and proceeded to completely ignore me, they also did not offer any solution on how to get a refund.
