  Lucy was wonderful , profesional and patient with my needs to reinstate my policy after an error of Identity was noted on my policy. MY name is very common :( and caused a miscommunication. She explained what happened and took care of assuring me that i still qualify for coverage once all driving records were reviewed carefully and My full name will now be on the policy to avoid future issues. Thank you Lucy fof your time! I also want to Thank Michael, who has helped me in the past.

  I had some issues with completing two affidavits and returning them to Allstate claims. Michael Perez was most helpful in helping me to getting them sorted out and printed up so I could send them back to Allstate. I appreciate his help and commend him for a job well done. Thanks

  Spoke to Dennis regarding my life insurance policy. I felt pressured to keep it when in fact I explained to him why I wanted to cancel it. After placing me on hold a few times I finally hung up and haven’t spoken to him since. I guess he won.
