  I called and the person was very rude and saying they dont know when their manager will be back. ....since day one was lies. We pay more than stated! It was 55 and paying almost 30 dollars more! Things were told for free and they we charged on our account. I even called Progressive about the situation and they even noted that I wanted to talk to the manager I'm thinking of suing! Wasn't nice the way the worker answered. give me an attitude. I wasn't upset when I called, I was upset with cricket! With other providers paid way less than here. At least you got your monthly bill regardless it's $100 but here, we're praying 80 something for a phone and then 90 weekly! That is way way too much! And I don't want to call again trying to resolve this because I don't want another rude worker!

  Gaby was so amazing she gave the best customer service I have ever had and help my family and I in getting new phones and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend her to anyone even my friends and family she the best!!!!
