I went in for a bridge pay since I couldn't afford my whole bill. Well the employee got so distracted trying to sell me an upgrade that he forgot to put me on bridge pay and charged me for my entire bill, which I was trying to avoid. To make matters worse, they could not offer my a refund or anything, other than a half-hearted "oops I'm sorry"
I unfortunately have had nothing but poor experiences at this location.

Nice clean store.. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
They have never disappointed me as a long time customer of cricket. The store always seams to have stock of phones, accessories for in stock phones. The staff is trained, and pretty quick with bill payments, phone activation, and new services... Thank you for awesome service as always.
Customer Service was excellent, But the waiting was Long...she was the only staff helping..,I was 3rd in line..and it took Forever to be helped. Understand it was Not her fault. She did her Very Best
