  The gentlemen behind the counter were very rude to my son and very slow. Later, we also found a hair in my sons food. I called my son a very bad kid and said that I'm a bad parent because I'm not raisng him correctly. He accused him of being in his facility before and being rude, which is strange because we’ve never been in this Subway ever and won't be back.

  I've been patronizing this Subway for a long time but am realizing how messed up they view their customer base. They cancel door dash orders, don't honor discounted app orders and cancel them (with points or offers you EARN for making purchases), and are rude when you ask about it. My wife was also disrespected by the owner recently when she said she would go somehwere else for her order after he refused to honor a BOGO offer on their app. He said "Fine, waste ten dollars in gas". I rarely review anything and I don't think they will change their ways from these reviews but I just wanted to share our experience. I'm very understanding of the crazy requests customers can make, having worked in retail/quick service food, but this is by far the most disconnected I've seen a business be from their customers. Bummer. TOGOs it is. 🤷‍♂️

  Waste of time. Does not participate in free sandwich promo although it says online they do. Been nice if I received a call before driving to location. But I did find one in manteca 7 minutes away
