Sign says close at 9pm. 81qpm doors are locked with no sign. This happens often.

I ordered online. The buy one get one for free. They took my money and I went in to pick it up. When I told them I had a pickup, the woman told me she canceled my order. I asked why and she said they don't honor any coupons at the stores in Ripon. I asked why not and she said the owner said they won't take any coupons at their store. I asked her why wait until I get there to tell. I didn't get an email or anything. She said I don't know. Then she asked if I would still like to order. I said no thank you ( it wasn't her fault, it was the owner), I'll just go to Togo's. Which i did. I think the thought is order, cancel it, then I'll order anyway. I didn't. Lost my business. Won't even honor a national campaign on TV and online. Bad business practice.

There was only one person working. We were the only customer. She had piercing and colored hair. She was so rude. No customer service skills at all. Did not smile or even greeted us. When it was paying time I tried scanning my cell phone to get rewards and I even said, it's not working, could I get a little help and the cashier looked at me and threw her hands up in the air like she didn't know what to do amd gave me attitude. She is in the wrong work of line. Serving food to customer is customer service and she definitely did not have any traits. I would reconsider hiring the person that was hired to do the job. She definitely lost our business. I even told all my friends and all their friends about my experience and said would definitely not support that Subway.

The Owner was extremely rude to me and to the man in front of me. He has absolutely no good customer service skills. I'll never go back to this location.

Every time I come to this Subway there is something wrong. Today they were out of ham and turkey. The employee kept saying just go to the one on the other side of town. Now that explains why, the last time I went there the owner didn’t know how to make a sandwich they had on the list. I gave up and walked out and planned to never go back. Well now I won’t bother with either one. They really need to get their act straightened out. I’m out! They don’t accept their own coupons and the place smells like a sour disgusting moldy towel.
