  So I decided on Wingstop for dinner tonight. I placed an order online and went to pick it up. I got all the way home just to find out that my order was wrong. I tried calling them, but no one answered, so I drove back up there frustrated. However, the light-skinned Black guy with dreads completely turned my experience around. He was very professional, understanding, apologetic, and extremely helpful. He took my irritation and turned it into a wonderful experience with his great customer service. We need more understanding individuals like that young man. Thank you for being so understanding about my chicken lol. I hope he has a blessed night, and honestly, he should be the manager!

  NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THIS WINGSTOP!!!... Awful service, the worst, and not to mention the food was awful as well,...the taste was like if you're eating food that was cooked last week.... Customer service also the worst, management don't even care when told about the quality of the food!!!...
