  placed an order for this store on accident and I couldn't pick it up since I'm not in Richmond and I tried to call to get a refund and cancel the order but im still waiting for over half an hour to get someone on the phone to help me idk how else to get a refund for this mistake

  I had a bad experience at this place. I went to eat there and asked what time they closed, they told me 12, and at 10:30 they were asking me to leave.And they wouldn't give me the person's name so I could report them.

  Went for the first time to wingstop, never go again, I asked for wings only they said I have to get combo deal otherwise they will charge me same with fries or not fries, soda or not soda, I am in the restaurant industry and I don’t force people to buy things they don’t want.

  So I decided on Wingstop for dinner tonight. I placed an order online and went to pick it up. I got all the way home just to find out that my order was wrong. I tried calling them, but no one answered, so I drove back up there frustrated. However, the light-skinned Black guy with dreads completely turned my experience around. He was very professional, understanding, apologetic, and extremely helpful. He took my irritation and turned it into a wonderful experience with his great customer service. We need more understanding individuals like that young man. Thank you for being so understanding about my chicken lol. I hope he has a blessed night, and honestly, he should be the manager!
