The young man who helped me during my visit today was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. It was really pleasant to receive this level of service, and I truly appreciated his assistance.

The Plus size white lady with the blonde/light brown ponytail was so rude. She talks to you like you’re dumb. She acts like she hates her job and when I asked her to print the packing slip she acted like the computer was down. She also gives attitude to everyone in the store.

If I could give a negative 1, I would. Customer service and courtesy go a long way. When I arrived, an older Black woman was sweeping in front of the store. When she entered, she mumbled something like, "Over there," but I did not know who she was talking to because another lady walked in behind me. I later learned that the woman who walked in behind me also worked there. Unlike the other stores, their reps do not wear UPS Store gear at this location. I had two blouses that needed to be returned to Amazon. I came with the QR codes printed out on paper. She claimed that neither one of the codes worked and that I needed to call Amazon. She also said that I was returning the blouses too late. To which I replied, they are not due until April 27th. Then she questioned how long ago I requested the returns. I told her a few days ago, but no more than a week. So, I pulled up the return requests from Amazon and asked her to scan the codes from my phone. She scanned them and replied that I needed to call Amazon because they were not valid or working. I knew this was an operator error. So, I had to go out of my way and go to the location at the San Pablo Town Center. They easily scanned both of the codes (that were printed out) and gave me a receipt without any issue. I usually hate going to the Town Center location because it's out of my way and always crowded but they are efficient and courteous.

I been here 2 times to do do finger prints they always say they’re busy or they just have an excuse so they don’t do it. It’s like they don’t like doing it. Really bad service!!!!
